Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and Rabii KAHLAOUI, an individual based in Tunisia, who runs EasiFox (easifox.com) (“we”, “us”). By using the site, you accept them; if you don't, please don't use it. How we handle data is explained in our privacy policy.

Every tool is free to use, as often as you like, at home or at work, with no account. You don't need to ask us before using a result in your own work, business included.

We claim no rights over what you type into a tool or what you make with it, such as a QR code, a password, a pick or a word count: it's yours to use as you like. You're responsible for what you put into a tool and for how you use its results; for example, a QR code you share must not lead people to a harmful or illegal page.

The site's text, guides, design, logo and code belong to us or to those who licensed them to us, and are protected by copyright. You're welcome to link to any page and to quote a few lines with a link back. Please don't copy pages, guides or tools to publish them elsewhere as your own.

Please don't use the site for anything illegal; don't try to break, attack or slow it down; don't send it automated requests in large numbers or copy it with scrapers; and don't try to get around anything that protects it or its visitors. We may block anyone who does.

We take care to make every tool and guide correct, and each guide shows how to check a result. Still, mistakes can happen, and a tool can only work with what you give it. The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranty that it is correct, complete, fit for a particular purpose or always online. Check any result before you rely on it for something that matters, such as money, health, safety or legal matters.

We may add, change or remove tools and pages at any time, or stop the site, without notice.

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the site or its results, or from not being able to use it, including lost data, profits or opportunities. Nothing in these terms limits a responsibility the law doesn't let us limit, or takes away the rights you have as a consumer where you live.

The site shows ads from Google AdSense. Ads are chosen by Google, not by us: we don't endorse what they offer, and any deal you make with an advertiser is between you and them. Links to other websites, in ads or in our guides, lead to sites we don't control and aren't responsible for.

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia, and any dispute about them goes to the courts of Tunisia. If you use the site as a consumer in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and may also bring a claim in its courts. Before going to court, please write to us: most problems are sorted out by email.
